It was a god-awful experience working with Marcie. Not only is she inexperienced, she is also very pushy. Every single house we saw with her, she wanted us to put an offer in, even when we did not really like the house. My husband and I felt that we wanted to give her a chance to find us a place because she was an ex-coworker of my sister. Not only did she recommend us to over-bid the house we purchased, she also recommended a terrible home inspection company which minimized a lot of problems we are now spending a lot of money fixing...including a new boiler and new roof in less than a year moving into the house. When I complained to the ERA branch Marcie works in, the manager sounded giddy that Marcie was able to close on our home before we backed out on the deal. I guess once the money is in their pockets, they really don't care what the customers think of them anymore. For this reason, we strongly recommend AGAINST this company, ERA Key Realty service and Marcie to anyone.
