Lola's Landscape

Adam is a stand-up owner. He’s super responsive and his prices can’t be beat. Lola’s removed a bunch of trees and stumps, and laid down topsoil and seed for an additional 7-8K sq. ft. of lawn. The job was a big one, as they also had to clear over a decades worth of leaves and overall lawn junk. Lola’s also comes out once a year for dethatching, aerating and overseeding. Following that they do a final fall cleanup — I have a bunch of leaves and 2-3 guys do an incredible job with the leaves. My shrubs and flower beds are cleaned well with a blower, and the rest of the lawn and combersome areas (under the deck) are free of leaves and debris. Again, the price can’t be beat and my lawn comes back better than ever. We also use their tick and mosquito spray because we have 2 dogs and 3 small kids at home, and we want to enjoy our outdoor space. There’s a noticeable difference in mosquitoes, and I haven’t seen a tick on my dogs since I moved it. I highly recommend Lola’s Landscaping for all your lawn care needs.

Couldn't have asked for a more professional company. My e-mail request was answered the day I sent it. The person who came to do the estimate was on time and understood immediately what needed to be done. The estimate was sent by COB the day the estimate was made. It wasn't the lowest or the highest of the three estimates I received. The work crew of two, showed up as scheduled and worked in 90 degree weather until the job was done. Three times during the day the crew-boss checked in with me to make sure things were being done as expected. At the end of the day the area was cleared of vines, saplings, downed branches, and all shrubs trimmed. The look is just what I wanted for a rock ledge house, neat but not manicured.

Great. We were away on vacation, but our neighbor reported that Adam and his team worked hard for two days. We were thrilled with the result when we returned!

Prompt service, cleaned gutters within days of my call, and mowed the lawn the next week. OK job on lawn: trimming could be better. However, it's fine and will continue to use them.
Initial contact was an  email through Angie's List, but no response for 2 weeks so I called them directly. They seldom log in here, so best to call. They returned my call promptly.

They're great! They do a nice job and they're affordable!

We have used Adam and his crew since we moved to Franklin in 2012 and he's always been great. He has removed quite a few big trees and we have gotten many compliments on the work. His prices are very reasonable as well.

He is great to work with. He is very easy to work with. The billing is very easy to deal with. He is very honest. The cost is excellent and that is for the landscaping monthly. The tree service was very fast as he was out quickly to do the work.
