"Thank you Sushant, Glad you're enjoying your new recessed lighting. We hope to work with you again in the future."
"Jules is a homeowner that we went out to do a visual inspection of his solar system. As the invoice states we provided him with our permitting services which includes us pulling the permit for work (he had already done illegally) to rectify the work and be able to pass inspection and have his system turned on. During our initial visit we walked through the job with Mr. Pops and my colleague went up on the roof to inspect the junction box on the roof which contained wires from downstairs which were spliced together to the trunk line cable from the panels. Mr. Pop assured us the system was operational. During the walkthrough we pointed out many issues with the system from wrong style connectors used between enclosures and wrong type of wire or raceways used between devises or enclosures. To be quite frank the system was a total disaster and wouldn't pass inspection, so at this time we allowed Mr. Pops to do his own fixes as he insisted to do. Since we had not pulled the permit and put the job under our name yet we did not have a problem with him doing this at this time. When I went back several days later for the inspection date, which he told me the job was ready. I took another 3 hours out of my morning to go back to his home just to find that he had not done what was required to pass inspection. Instead of having him get an inspection and fail, and have to re pay the permitting fee, I spoke with the inspector from the town and explained what needed to be fixed and what did not end up being fixed after advise was given to the customer. I explained this to Mr. Pop and then went on to tell him any work from this point on will be done by our company because it is now under our name and insurance, and he already had the chance to fix his mistakes and issues with the system after our initial walkthrough. Mr. Pop after telling him this became angry and I think started to realize he shouldn't have done all this work on his own illegally, behind the towns back and now it was back firing on him. Our company in no shape or form took advantage of Mr. Pop nor did we intend to. Our main concern was to make the job safe and up to code requirements so he could be turned on and the permit would be approved.. In the end I think Mr. Pops thinks he's smarter than anyone else and I could see this from the initial walkthrough until the end of our time together on this project when he did not take our advise on what to change, and telling us it would be just fine and he knew what he was doing, because he's the professional right ? Next time hopefully Mr. Pops hires a licensed electrician for any work he is doing, from what I seen he has no business doing his own work. He is endangering the life of his family and his neighbors. PS Mr. Pops is being sued currently for deformation, and slander of our company, since he had told me he was going to take me to court for work that hadn't been completed. I'm ready for that date and also ready for our counter claims with all the material/original invoice. I enjoy what we do here as a company and what we do for people and I will continue to make people of this area happy with quality work! Mr. Pop will not be getting in the way of that so please people who are reading this take his comments above and his review of this company with a grain of salt. Thank you for reading."
