Peter Kennedy's team was able to get the bathroom done for far less than competing bids. He was clear on how he saves you money--not by skipping on quality or rushing the work but by scheduling jobs to maximize the time his team is working. This means your project may take a bit longer in total days depending on the availability of each of his specialists (tile, plumbing, electrician, etc) but when they come, they are fast and absolute pros.

I first hired Kennedy Restorations (Peter Kennedy) after a tree had fallen and put 5 holes in my roof during a severe storm hit Massachusetts on a Sunday. The same tree also damaged a big portion of my wood deck. I called and left messages with several Roofing Companies. A friend referred me to Peter. I called him on a Sunday night and he was at my house the following morning to repair my roof. I did not have time to shop around price or referalls. He completed the work and charged me a very reasonable price for the work. He also fixed my Neighbors roof the following day as well. My house also had damage to the siding and some trim. Given my good experience with a rather small roof job I had Kennedy Restorations repair the rest of the damage. He also replaced my wood deck (what was left of it) with an Azek Deck and Rails. The work came out great. I have since had Kennedy Restorations do several other projects for me including Custom Mouldings/Wainscoating in a powder room, crown moulding, other repairs, and just recently he built a custom table top to cover a large stone firepit in our yard.
Peter was always very responsive to calls/ Emails etc. He was great about any last minute changes and cares about the quality of work. He is a small company so you get personal service. I have also used many of the Subcontractors he has recommended to me (Plumber, Painter, Tile). All have been top notch.

Kennedy Restorations were very professional from the start via email. The project was completed in a timely manner (about one month after we contacted them, but we were in no rush) and the job was well done. All the people who came to work cleaned up after themselves and were polite and hardworking. Most of all, they worked with our limited budget and completed the project on budget/on time. Highly recomend.

We have used Kennedy Renovations in the past. He remodeled our basement in Franklin and since we liked what he did there he is doing a whole basement remodel at our new house in Sudbury. He is a good communicator and he is pretty responsive. He does a great job and we're happy with the price. Our Realtor recommended him. We absolutely would use him in the future.
