We have always used Jennifer, she is honest and fair in her pricing, explains everything, does great work and cleans up. She is our go to girl for our electrical work. Once we found her we don't use anyone else.

Installed ceiling fan and it wobbles. Spent countless hours trying to balance to later find out from a carpenter that it was not correctly installed. Downrod was at an angle. Work was done properly but unlike past electricians no clean up was done. Wanted 400.00 to replace some switches and plugs. Did it myself for 100.00. The actual electrical work, sans the ceiling fan was done very well. Justour past electrician who retired used to clean up after himself and take away old parts (which may be unique, I don't know).

I called Jen's office and asked for her to come out and give an estimate to move my main electrical panel to a new location as it was in the way of a new boiler installation. During her visit to the house she pointed out that, given the work she was going to have to do to move the panel it made more sense to go ahead and upgrade the service to 200A and replace both the main and a sub panel that I have with a single new panel and breakers. She delivered an estimate about a week later and performed the work about a week after that.
The work itself was top notch and went well beyond what was required to meet code. I'm always willing to pay a bit more to get the job done right and I definitely felt like that happened here. The new installation included a new outside service shut-off as well as all new grounding equipment and lines. Everything was completed as quoted and I'd definitely use her again.

She was very prompt. I am very pleased with the services provided and would hire her again in the future.
