"We had installed new steel lintels above Mr [Member Name Removed] garage bays and did some minor spot pointing. When the work was completed we did a full walk through of the job as we do with all customers to make sure he was satisfied. He said he was an paid with no problems. About a week later he called in a extremely aggressive manner threatening to take us to court and that we didn't complete the work we had agreed upon. We were on our way back to his house to try an sort out the issue and Mr [Member Name Removed] daughter called saying " please don't pay attention to my father he's extremely intoxicated." However we wanted to show good faith so we came back an did extra work on his garage at no charge. He was apologetic and even offered to pay extra however we refused the money and told him thank you anyways. However about another week later he called again with the same issues. His daughter called following his 2nd phone call to assure us he was intoxicated again an not to pay attention to him. She said she was more then happy with the job as was he. We told her if there was any issues to please call. That was the last we had heard from Mr [Member Name Removed] until we saw this review."
"We went above and beyond for [Member Name Removed] and she was the only trustee we couldn't seem to satisfy. We did everything we said we were going to do on the contract and even the building inspector said we did a A+ job. We even painted her back patio, repaired her front wall and stairs, and anything else she requested at no charge what so ever. We never demanded a check, we did a final walk through the weekend after the job was completed for her to make sure we everyone was happy. She decided she wanted to have the inspector check the work before the final payment was recieved. We said no problem. That Monday we had the inspector come to the property and do a complete walk through with her going over the entire building and all the work we did . Where he complimented what a fine job we did and signed the permit off. She seemed satisfied an I have no idea what more we could've done to satisfy her."
