John exceeded any and ALL expectations- amazing job!!! I can't say enough good words about the work!! His pride in workmanship is apparent!!! I would absolutely recommend without hesitation!!!! He also charged less than the phone quote after seeing the job!!!

Fantastic. Jonathan is so responsive and professional. The work was done in less than the time frame originally estimated and we feel so good about using safer products to clean our flooring (especially with a baby on the way). We will definitely be using Green Homes again next year!

The website is well-arranged and informative, including prices for each item.  The pricing for my job then came in lower than I expected, because I had over-estimated room categories.  The cleaner worked around some very heavy furniture, and the results are fantastic, particularly considering this is the first deep-cleaning I've had done in ten years and I have several cats.  The carpets look like new, and the cleaner was very accommodating.  Note: he does also offer an extra degree of equipment sanitization for transplant-patient cleanings, but if you need that, you'll need to make sure to notify him of that in advance.

I think it would be hard--maybe next to impossible--to beat this service.  For starters, it's green--no toxic chemicals or harsh smells that leave you wishing you hadn't had to do this.  Everything looks and smells great, especially important because he was dealing with cat urine on the chairs, love seat and two of the rugs.   John finished just a short while ago, and things are still damp.  Please note:  damp, not at all wet, which is good for my original, newly-refinished 1858 floors.  Before he left, he checked everything over. He is very professional, showed up exactly on time, worked steadily, and did a great job.  I will definitely have him back if needed and recommend his work highly.

He arrived on time, was very thorough and very nice.  The carpet looked great and didn't have that crunchy feeling after- which I have experienced with other companies.  I plan to have him come and clean our sofa and tile floors this spring as well.

John was great - he answered the phone when I called, gave me a quote over the phone, was available within a few days, had great pricing and stuck to his quote over the phone from my description of the job (and even gave me a discount since we had moved all the furniture out!), arrived on time and completed the work more quickly than he estimated (about 2 1/2 hours all in).
The carpet looks great, he was very up-front about one stain that he was unable to remove, but considering how old and stained this off-white carpet is (from when we moved in), I was amazed and pleased at all the stains he was able to improve/remove! Most importantly, IT DID NOT SMELL! I'm pregnant and I really wanted to find a greener solution to cleaning the carpet before baby arrives and this was fantastic. I also tend to be very sensitive to chemical smells (I can't stand the cleaning aisle at the grocery store) and I stayed at home the whole time he was cleaning with no issues. The carpet was dry in less than 2 hours.
I am planning to have him come back and do the playroom and a rug once we have gotten the the room patched/painted.

We are extremely satisfied with the work. The carpets were incredibly clean and there was no smell at all. He moved all the furniture back for us and we didn't have to do anything at all. We are going to hire him again the future.

The owner, who came and do all the work, did an amazing job.  I would recommend him to others.  I was shocked with how affordable he was.  His prices are very reasonable.
