Franklin Tile Carpet One Floor & Home

Horrible experience! Ordered tile for a powder room. After I paid 1/2 of deposit, they informed me it was not available. Needed to make a second trip to pick out another tile. Waited WEEKS for installation. Suppose to do tile and baseboards. Day of install they informed me they would not be d*** the baseboards. Promised it to be done at the beginning of the next week. No call, no install, no response to voice mail or email. Crickets! Finally heard from useless sale-rep who had no idea when they could get to it. What!!! Horrible customer service. Horrible experience! Do not use them. You will be disappointed!

They were excellent. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. We had a problem with a sub-floor that we didn't know about and in spite of that they continued to do the work and did it in a timely fashion. It was completed pretty much in the time that they had original given me. They worked very well with us. They offered us the right kinds of flooring for our home and helped us choose it. We were concerned about going over a certain price and they gave us the right options and then they follow through. They're a little bit pricier than some other places. They actually came back and did something we asked them to do after it was completed and paid for.

It is a family run company; which is very nice. They are very attentive and their workers are very organized and prompt. They came on time daily and cleaned up after themselves; I would say no problems. They follow through on their work and sales but we played phone tag.

Very pleased with every aspect of my dealing with Franklin Tile Carpet One. Would highly recommend and will consider using them whenever I have the need for their services.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received from both the sales staff and the installation team.  Lynne helped us select a floor that would work in our space and also provided us with some recommendations for other stores to visit in the area to help us with some other projects we were completing.  We also had to reschedule the installation of the floor a few times because the work we were having done in those rooms took longer to complete and the store was very accommodating.  
 
The installed floors look beautiful, we are very pleased.  The only complaint we have about the installation team was that they did not arrive on time (they arrived later in the morning than we were told), but the work they did was great.  It also took them an extra day to complete the installation because they ran out of glue.

This is a family-run business. Sarah was great at helping us decide which products would meet our requirements. We weren't sure what kind of flooring we wanted for the kitchen, and she patiently helped us figure it out. She also helped us choose carpet and padding for the living room that would feel luxurious but not cost too much. The installation went smoothly and as scheduled. We were pleased with the results; the house looks a thousand times better than it did before. The installer also did a great job cleaning up when the job was done.

Anthony worked with us to help us select carpet and flooring for our bedrooms and basements.  We wanted high quality carpeting that would last with a solid warranty, which we got.  The Lees carpet brand is soft and luxurious.  In part of the basement we went with a vinyl floor product that looks like hard wood.  I was very skeptical, but we wanted a surface for our exercise area and that the kids could do projects on and we could easily clean.  I love it.  There was a part of the floor that seemed to be squishy and it was repaired right away.  Overall it was an excellent job.

They're very good. They were able to beat the price of the company that I purchased my carpet from for the same tile.

I thought they were great. They did an excellent job with the installation. They were very professional. There was one small blemish issue that we informed them of and they quickly came to resolve it.

It wasn't the cheapest. It was reasonably pricey. We liked the customer service. We liked the product. I wanted to go cheaper somewhere, but finding the product that was commensurate with the quality that we wanted was tough. They did a really nice job of install. The on-site installers were very helpful, very nice, and very professional. We had the living room done and around the fireplace. We had asked for a little piece of extra carpet to put out as a fire protector. They made a mistake with it so I called them up. They were very helpful. They resolved the mistake at no charge and brought out an extra piece of carpet for me. Like anything these days, you hoped to have paid less, but the experience and the quality seemed to be very good. The large home improvement stores can do some serious volume discount, but getting the quality out of that is hit or miss. Franklin Tile was very good and very helpful. The big job they did in 2008 was more than $5000.00. These days sometimes you have to look past the price a little bit if it is not too exorbitant because getting people to do quality jobs tragically seems to be tough. You are paying more than you would like too, but at least you are getting the quality service out of it and they are standing by the product. When we had an issue, they resolved it at no cost. It's tough to find somebody who will do the job right.

They have always been good. They really back-up their product. If you have any problems, they work with you until you are satisfied.

Their salesman Shawn gave us two quotes, $5,900 for the best quality he had, and $3,000 for a much lesser quality. After obtaining a quote of $3,900 from someone else for an in-between quality that seemed nearly as good as his best quality, we were going to buy that, but Franklin offered us the same wood or another alternative that we liked better for $3,500, which we bought. The wood was delivered a little over a week later, and the installers came 4 days after that so the wood would have time to adjust to the humidity in our house. They removed and took away our existing wall-to-wall carpeting, including the tack strips, then did a beautiful job on the installation, working very carefully and skillfully, and completed the job in one day. We're very pleased with our beautiful new floors! We're also happy that Shawn stayed in touch by calling us the day before the wood was delivered to confirm that, and again before the installers came to confirm them as well. He also called after the job was completed to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. In all, a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend them for any flooring or floor covering.

They were pretty good. We would probably use their services in the future too.

The sales rep was excellent, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The installers were very nice and very fast. I will use them again for the den in a few months.

Franklin Tile Carpet One has excellent installers and offers a very complete and thorough service. They are very professional and yet they convey a lot of personable friendliness. We are very happy with the work they did and the quality product.
