I would have preferred that the installation person had a little bit of attitude. He did not install the dividers between the carpet and the new flooring - they didn?t put the new ones in. The person was not responsive but one person does not make the company. He was here when he said he would be here. I had to call them several times and had to kind of be tough with them before they finally did it. They only did it maybe 3 weeks ago. It was a big span of time. The old ones had been there for 10 years. I thought that for $1500, they could have at least replaced those. She said that it should have been something that he should have done when he was here. I did shop around and the price for the material was fine. The price for the carpet installation and the hardwood floor installation was too high. I probably would not use them in the future.

The carpet installation was excellent but the hardwood floor installation was horrible. They installed the wrong flooring but they were then okay with re-installing the correct flooring. The initial installation had many issues with it, including problems with the panels of wood, lots of chips in the wood and damage to the baseboards. I would probably not use them in the future.

We found them on the web. They came in and put down new flooring in our kitchen it took them about two and a half hours. When they were done they cleaned everything up. They were very professional and new what they were doing. We were very happy with their work. We will use them again.
