We could not be more pleased with the results of this project. I was immediately impressed by Mr. Molla at our first meeting. He is extremely thorough and made every effort to understand exactly what we wanted the finished project to look like. We signed our contract within a few days of receiving our estimate and in his documentation, Mr. Molla included many items that we had not thought about when my wife and I were discussing the project. When the work began, I was immediately reassured that we had in fact selected the best man for the job. All permits were obtained, and shortly thereafter, the digging in my back yard began for installation of the state mandated emergency egress system through my foundation wall. This aspect of the project went well and the indoor work began shortly thereafter. Everyone who had a part in this project was extremely professional, friendly and neat. Work progressed quickly and not 1 thing came up that was not managed perfectly. Zoning ordinances change often and they were almost no modifications to be made from the frequent inspections from my town. My town is well known for very strict standards and there was not 1 significant problem that delayed the project. Mr. Molla is very well versed on zoning requirements! The project involved installation of the egress system, finishing the 4 walls including quality materials and highly rated insulation, electrical work with numerous outlets and additional lighting, the installation of an "air exchange" system, carpeting, painting and nicely done moldings and window casements and installation of a door into the unfinished segment of the basement. He even installed a "cat door" at our selected site for use of our cat to access her litter box. Absolutely NOTHING was overlooked! What particularly impressed me is that at EVERY step of the way, Mr. Molla would appear at my home to check on the progress, sometimes 2 times a day and to see that my wife and I were pleased with the work and progress and a thorough professional clean up was included at the completion of our project. This was hardly needed at all because the work was done so neatly. Without hesitation, I can recommend F & P Molla for any construction/home improvement project that is within his area of expertise. It is so pleasant to find a company that does as they say when they say, and does it so professionally and to such high standards. If the occasion arises in the future, I won't need to hunt around for a superior contractor. I can call Mr. Molla. (On a side note, his wife Paula who does the bookkeeping is also a pleasure to deal with!)
