I did not make an appointment, the surveyors showed up and did their work with minimal interaction. I received a plot plan within 3 weeks of the measurements being completed. I am happy with the final product. I recommend being direct with exactly what you need and double checking everything prior to payment as one should always do when hiring someone to do a project on your property.

Dennis responded and had a proposal to us which we accepted the first day we posted on Home Advisor. I would highly recommend!

Dennis Oâ Brien provided a no fuss service which made the whole land survey process very easy. They answered my call live, carefully listened to my requirements and explained the service they would provide and the total cost for this service. After confirming that we wanted them to conduct the survey - they showed up and mapped out our property and provided a lot map of their survey.

We had a line dispute with a neighbor. Dennis accommodated my urgent request. Since there were slight discrepancies with old maps done in the 1950s, his team came back to fully ensure the property lines are now accurately mapped. That is what I call going above and beyond.

They did a flood elevation certificate for me. Even though I cannot get out of flood insurance as a result, Walter was professional, efficient and competent. I appreciated the extensive explanations of what would happen next which I could not get from any other surveyor. They are a bit more expensive BUT if you can be excluded from a flood insurance plan, they do some of the Phase Two paperwork for you and that is worth the extra money. O'Brien Land Surveying knows what they are doing.
