Dennis responded quickly to my initial inquiry, and told me the work could be done within 5 weeks. Unfortunately, the site visit did not occur until 11 weeks later. There were some issues with the initial plot, and this eventually required further site visits and consultation with another surveyor who had worked on the adjacent property. The shape of my plot is irregular, and this complicated matters. Communication during this period of uncertainty was not good, and I had to make repeated inquiries to get answers about what was going on. Paul Coutu, the surveyor who did the site visits, was very clear and helpful when I was eventually able to speak with him, and the final version of the plot resolved all the issues. However, the entire process took 5 months from the time of my original request, and much of the time I struggled to keep informed as to what was happening.

Wanted to insure that the lot line was correct as it could have shifted over 150 years. Well it did! Through the survey on one side the believed lot line was off by 5 feet! Yea! Now these guys are seasoned. They view the search for corner point of a lot a treasure hunt. They not only use the latest equipment but their experience. They end up using the corner pins and stone from adjacent properties to find our corner points. They arrived at 8 am and where here working until almost 6 pm. The report and plan diagrams, done by a drafts person will be with us soon. We're very pleased.

Dennis was prompt, courteous and professional. There were no surprises and the end result was exactly what was requested.

Posted a prior review about long delayed service- shortly after posting that review, surveying crew showed up! A phone call to let me know would have been good since I only knew they were there when someone walked across my deck! The crew was very polite and thorough. We got the plot plan in the mail- did not get the electronic copy yet and the crew said that someone would be out to walk the property and take us through the plot plan- that never happened.

Excellent. A crew of two arrived within a couple of days to initiate work, returned the following week to complete the survey within the day. A few days later, three copies of certified plot plans arrived in the mail along with the invoice.

Extremely disappointing. We had an agreement on Angie's List messaging on June 28th- last message from company was that he would start research and get a crew out in a few weeks. After 6 weeks with no word, I called and was told that it "slipped through the cracks," but that the crew would be out within the next few days, "Monday at the latest." Monday came and went without any contact. Thankfully we didn't have a strict timeline or we would have really been in a bind. For work quoted at $3100, I expected much better.

Response within 2 days from webpage request. Spoke with Dennis and scheduled work. They where about 1 month out. In less than a month Paul arrived. Prior to starting work, he took the time to explain what he planned to do and prior to leaving he walked the property lines and pointed out each property corner. Very happy with the whole experience.
