Lowes then reached out to them about the scratched floors and their insurance denied our claim as they stated that D&S used a protective blanked and there was no way they scratch our flooring - another lie as we even had a conversation with them about the scratches which they wanted to fix with a floor polish.
So overall, very incompetent company, with very rude employees. My washer is now worse than it was before and I will be out $900.00 to fix my 3 month old flooring.

The parts were ordered, another week goes by, and we have to call them to ask what is going on. They tell us they haven't received the parts yet and have no idea when they are coming in because there is no tracking information. 3 days later they call to tell us the parts are in and they scheduled a visit for today, October 11, at 10am. They called this morning to say they sent the parts with the wrong technician (!!!) and they can't come out again until Monday, October 14th. We called back and demanded that they fix the fridge today, have the technicians return to the shop, pick up the right parts, and FIX. IT. TODAY. We are still waiting to hear if that is going to happen, but I highly doubt it.
As another reviewer pointed out, we have never had such a horrible experience as we have had with D&S Appliance. Between the cost of eating out, the lost food from 3 weeks worth of a produce farm share that we cannot store, and the cost of paying for somebody to show up only to tell us they can't do anything, it would have been cheaper to buy another $2600 fridge we could have replaced in 48 hours. We are also contacting the manufacturer to let them know how dissatisfied we are and in the future will not buy any of their products since this is the level of service attached to their warranty.

Since this last write-up, new developments have occurred. I had a new dishwasher installed and discovered that D&S had used screws that were too small for the openings that hooked up the dishwasher that the technicians had installed ten years previously. As a result, the Kitchen Aid dishwasher that D&S installed leaked. I was not sure of how much damage occurred until I had the kitchen floor replaced. The water damage was extensive and had penetrated the underlying subfloor. I called D&S to complain and was told that the company did not install Kitchen Aid dishwashers. I then called Simon Furniture in Franklin and confirmed that D&S had been the recommended installer for their appliances. Since I had only used D&S for ALL my appliance work and installations I was very disappointed in their denial and failure to acknowledge what their mistakes did.
