Lousy. When we attempted to have them come a retreive the bad part they installed and the new one that was shipped to our house they stonwalled us, saying that they didn't take back electrical parts, we tried to explain one had failed by their own testing and the other wasn't needed since we felt it was better to buy a new oven (our old one was 10 years old) rather than spend all that money on repair. We called repeatedly, asking to speak to the owner and was always told he was never in. Once the woman who answered said she didn't know the procedure because SHE HAD ONLY BEEN THERE FIVE YEARS! We bought a new oven and "ate" a loss of about $500.
