He quickly determined that the leak was because I had installed a new shower head without tightening it all the way. So that was a quick easy fix. Then he replaced broken plastic nuts from the kitchen sink. He was very friendly, got the job done well and quickly and we would definitely use him again for future repairs.

We have used Paul for the past 8 years. His work is always of the highest quality and very neat. He uses high quality materials (not Home Depot or Lowe's). I have no complaints with any of Paul's work.
The only downside is that he is not available on weekends or holidays, hence the B rating on responsiveness. We have left messages on the weekend and Paul always calls first thing Monday morning to check back with us!

I meet Paul about 12 years ago when he was hired to replace the toilets in the condo unit we owned. My elderly very tall father lived there and I wanted a ADA height replacement for him. Paul was nicer to deal with than the condo association and helped with the requirements so that we didn't have to pay twice for the one toilet. He will be my plumber for life. One of those numbers you want to never lose. Very nice Guy. Someone you don't mind having in the house. He was always nice to my kids, who ask endless questions. When we bought a house that had frozen pipes, Paul was the plumber we picked because of his track record. A fair price for great work. He dealt with the other contractors and would check back every day to see what else he could finish/work on. He knows his stuff and will tell you what isn't required but what is needed. Paul has seen my house in all kinds of mess and has never reacted to any of it. And if you saw the boys bathroom you would understand why this quality is important to me. There are many plumbers in Franklin, many with ads in the paper or who drive around in the loaded out trucks but Paul Cornetta is by far the one you should call.

He is very responsive and very good. His price is very reasonable. He is willing to come in and do small jobs.
