 + -1 moreThey did a good job, but was disappointed in 1 thing: The original covering was wrapped with the fabric stapled several inches from the rim of the chair underneath. That way all the staples would be within the frame of the chair. They wrapped the fabric only 1/2 to 1 inch from the rim. I would recommend if you use them, be VERY SPECIFIC in what you want: do not assume they will replicate the original.

 + -1 moreAfter 20 years my dining room chair joints were loose, the chairs rocked back and forth. I priced replacements. Then I called CLASSIC. They said to bring one in. They looked at it and gave a price less than one good replacement chair. They said 3 days turn-around time. I brought in the six and got the call to pick them up in two days. When I went to pick them up, five of the six seemed right, one still had a little wobble. They kept that one and redid the job. When I picked it up, it was fine. Only complaint: they didn't call when the sixth chair was ready. I had to call them a week later to check.
Description of Work: Six dining room chairs with loose joints. CLASSIC tightened/glued them. They are now solid.

 + -1 moreMy sons constantly complained that the table was never level, and that the staining was never that good. They were very rude when I called them back to tell the issues and the brake in the wood. They gave me no options about fixing my table. They were just not good to deal with at the end of the day.
