Outstanding job and very professional!  Jeff is really terrific; great work and very professional in how he manages the business.  However because he is so good, the only challenge is on scheduling.  Just be flexible and he will get to you.

The owner came as scheduled and offered suggestions for curing a problem I had with a gutter that sent water to section of roof that has had repeated ice dams.  Also made recommendations for similar problem at the front of house above the garage. He gave me a quote on the spot and was very honest about when he could do the work. He came as promised and charged me less than his original quote because he was able to use an existing downspout that was in good condition.
No debris was left anywhere around my house and the gutter/downspouts look great!

After the job was done all refuse was cleaned up and removed.The job was completed quickly, efficiently, and perfectly colour matched to the trim colour of the building.

They showed up and competed the task.

Jeff came out to bid, EXACTLY on time (which I have found to be rare). The pricing was great, the end job was as well. The only downside was he was a couple weeks later than originally proposed. Due to weather issues.

I would HIGHLY recommend Band B in the future and would use them again

It was a long process as I ordered the shutters before I went to Florida at the end of 2013 and didn't connect with Jeff (my fault) until I returned at the beginning of this year. The color/type shutters I ordered were special order and it took awhile for them to be completed. Jeff kept me up to date during the entire wait and came to install them, and the gutters, within 2 weeks of them being ready. I couldn't be happier with their work, professionalism, and the product quality. The final price was exactly what Jeff had quoted me with no surprise charges. The gutter and shutter work was done in less than a day with no inconvenience to me. They left my property totally clean, leaving no trace of their presence. Would hire them again without hesitation. Jeff was wonderful to work with.

Great job. The gutters are color matched to the house perfectly, and are installed with top end hardware. Gutters seem strong enough to hang from, and are anchored to the house, no worries about snow or ice weight. Jeff came out and installed everything in a few hours. Price seemed a touch on the high end, but was impressed enough with the initial professionalism during the estimate to not get any competing bids and Band B didn't let us down.

They quoted me 60% less than another company that tried to make me replace trim they said didn't need replacing. They were on time and performed a great job. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

He was really easy to work with, very professional, answered phone messages promptly, and did an all-around great job! He was also able to match the gutters perfectly to the color of the roof. We did have to postpone the job because he wasn't available the week I wanted to do it, and then I was out of town--so don't be like me, schedule several weeks in advance!

B and B was very responsive to my initial call and they came out and did the estimate right away. The problem I ran into with them was actually setting the date for when they would come do the job. I ended up calling them to confirm whether they could come on the first date given and they couldn't. It took several extra weeks before they actually came out to do the job. We had actually started to look into other companies as we were concerned the gutters would not be done before the snows came. Once they came they were great. They were very professional and did a nice job. The gutters have held up very well in this snow and ice this winter.

We were getting water in the garage every time it rained heavily. We suspected it might have to do with old or broken gutter extensions. Since we don't live in the house, we had Band B come by to make recommendations on how install new gutters and extensions in such a way that would minimize water leakage. After they put a quote together, they did the work--all in a prompt and professional manner.

They gave us the best estimate and were very nice. Arrived when they were supposed to, finished the work in one day, didn't charge for unnecessary extras like the other companies wanted to. Overall excellent job done!
