Very well, Frank Fitch quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for repairs and expertly made the repairs. Re-establishing the proper pressure and making the boiler ready to go. Felt like I had expert service and a fair price.

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. Everything went well and the system was installed in one day. Derek came back to check the work the next day and show me how the remote control works the system. I was very satisfied with this company.

They do a little extra work to fill up the coolant and stuff like that. We have been using their services for about four years. They installed the system. We had the system for awhile. They're nice I have no complaints.

Punctual, professional, and repaired/properly installed a heating/air conditioning unit that had been previously installed incorrectly. However, we did not call around for pricing. After a poor experience with a lower cost service, we just wanted the job done right. We would definitely call them again.

They have a flat rate for the services performed and many of the services I've needed haven't taken much time to do, so the prices seem on the high side for me.

Derek has been responsive, prompt and professional.  He's taken the time to answer our questions, and has provided us with money saving options.  Accurate's estimate was the most reasonable, and with the stellar recommendation from a friend, we've decided to work with them.  I'll provide an update once the job has been completed.

4/14/15- Update.  The job was completed on 4/10/15.  The crew arrived on time.  They were polite and professional.  They offered to take off their work boots once inside the house.  One guy brought an "inside" pair of shoes because it was so muddy outside, and they'd be outside at times.  The install was extensive, and Accurate used their electrician to install a sub panel.  They were at the house from 7 a.m. until after 4 p.m.  Left the job site spotless.  Everything looks great and the Mitsubishi units are whisper quiet. 

Accurate gave us the lowest estimate, and the final invoice was not a penny over.  Another well known local company's estimate was $5k higher.  We are very pleased with the installation.  The owner, Derek checked in with us right after the install to make sure we were pleased with the work and is coming out to the house to go over the system with us in detail.  The installers did give my husband a quick overview before they left as well.  Great customer service.

I typically get several estimates before any major expense. I do this to gather information as well as compare price and the people behind the websites. Two other companies were recommended to me by friends. Accurate was my third estimate. My previous furnace was installed by Accurate and serviced by Accurate so I was going to check with them before buying a new furnace. Accurate even showed up first thing one winter morning when the furnace didn't turn on. 



Each estimate said something a little different about which furnace to buy and how it should be installed. Derek from Accurate showed up on time and appeared to know the product and the installation requirements - including the expectations of the local building inspector. The building inspector has to approve the installation when it is finished. I honestly don't know if I chose the right furnace by purchasing a TRANE. I didn't want the most expensive model and I wasn't pressured to buy it. I did buy the pricey air  filter since a family member has allergies. 



The installation process went very smoothly. The man who spent all day doing the installation was low-key, friendly, and appeared to be doing a careful job. E.g., he didn't talk on his cell or blare a radio. Accurate arranged for the plumber to do the gas line hook up and the electrician to connect the new furnace and install a CO2 alarm. The plumber returned at a later date to show the finished job to the building inspector.



 It took a lot of time to learn about the new high efficiency furnaces, talk to friends about how they managed home heating issues, and then meet with contractors. Since it's such an expensive and long-term purchase, it's a tough decision. I decided to stay with Accurate based on past experience and I think it was the right call.

I called on a Monday morning and they came on time the next morning.The service technician was very polite, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing.
The service call was $99, the fuse work was $35, and the diagnostic charge was another $40. I would say time spent was a generous 45 minutes.
In the end we still did not have A/C as I did not want to spend another $180.
I think I will be shopping around for a new company which is too bad as they are very good.

I've been working with this organization for about 2 years, perhaps a bit more, they have always been cost effective until this recent experience, they spent ~30-45min here at the house and identified the problem as a clogged pan drain,
the charge was ~300, i asked why the "high" charge and it was broken down as ~250 to come out and provide service, and another ~40 for the cost of the gas "nitrogen" to clear the drain,
these people have always been polite, professional, and effective, but, the charges have now become cost prohibitive, if you got the money and need a someone, these people are the ones i would recommend
