I began working with ZipRealty over two years ago, initially using the website as a tool to see what properties were on the market. Upon deciding to become more serious about my search I was pleased to find the agent the company had initially assigned to me was courteous even though the area I was looking in was not in her region, so she introduced me to a new agent who would handle my search. That is how I was introduced to Oren Malka. Oren as the company's representative and agent showed patience, and did not pressure me into anything. Even when my search took a long pause due to market conditions, he was always there to assist me with any questions I had. His work ethic, while his own, no doubt is one that describes the company he works for as a whole. When finally I found a place that I wanted to buy, Oren kept track of everything and kept me up to date, digging for more information when we needed it and even performing some of the tasks that the other party should have been performing. Upon getting everything in order I felt like I had received not just a great service, but fostered a long term relationship with the company and one of their agents. My experience with ZipRealty is heavily filtered through Oren, and therefore my experience with the company is told through one of their very capable agents.
