We loved Lisa and Aby! We met with several realtors before settling on Zemack realty and it worked out well for us. Lisa ended up selling our home for more than any of the other agents had quoted as their recommended list price. Lisa was fabulous and helped make a stressful process much easier. Lisa gave us useful suggestions for staging the home and pointed out minor repairs for us to make the home more attractive. She gave us a referral for an excellent carpenter who was affordable and quick to make minor repairs to the home. Lisa was always available over email and cell. She did an amazing job of negotiating for us (we sold the house for $5k below listing - again still higher than the amounts other realtors had quoted us as a listing price) and helped be a gate keeper for our very difficulty buyers. Aby and Lisa worked together to help us find our new home. As buyers agents they were excellent. They were patient, pointed out properties that were good fits for us and they respected our budget. We really came to feel as if they were part of our family during this process. In the past, we've worked with realtors who really pushed for houses on the higher limit of the provided budget or who seemed more concerned with making a commission than helping us find a great house. When we had problems with our real estate attorney, Lisa & Aby helped us sort it all out. We both loved working with them and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to all our friends and family. I wouldn't use any other realtors after working with them.
