Gerry had replaced supply valves for us approx a month ago and we noticed a continued slow leak from the faucet. I called Gerry and he came the next day and advised that it was a defective part in the Grohe faucet. He told us to contact Grohe and they would replace under warranty and charged us nothing for the visit. He is a quality tradesman and I would recommend him to anyone.
