to completionTyler had previously done small job and we were very satisfied, so called him when major problems came up. Inspected situations and provided very detailed quote for all required work and material, which he followed to completion. Provided professional description of situation (80+ year-old pipes might need replacing.) He only replaced what was needed in order to keep costs down. (It could have been much worse, requiring tearing out ceilings, walls, kitchen cabinets, etc., but that was avoided.) Overall, very punctual and professional. Answered all questions to our understanding.
