The plow driver cleared the first 3-4 inches of a 14 inch storm, and then didn't return to finish. I assumed it was a mistake, and when I checked with him to verify it wouldn't happen again, he insisted he had indeed returned to finish the job (this is after I spent 2 hours doing it myself). When I expressed this doubt to him (very politely, I should add), he called me a liar and told me I was "off the list". At that point it was fine with me. What a j***.
