We were having an issue with our toilet not flushing very well and the water pressure in the house was extremely low. We called Shahood and Sons and made an appointment. The 2 technicians they sent out were amazing they fixed both issues same day. They took the time to explain the issue and how they could fix it. They even took some time to pet our dog. Could not recommend a better company then the team at Shahood and Sons!

We just bought a house and had some cosmetic updates we wanted done (new toilets, faucets, utility sink, bathroom trim, etc). While they were here we had them look at a few concerns we had with our hot water heater and a slow leaking pipe. They gave their honest opinion and never tried to upsell us, though we wound up making a few minor preventatives repairs anyway. From the call center to the plumbers doing the work.... everyone was a professional who was kind, patient and friendly. Quintin and Victor were incredibly nice and I really appreciated how the little things like how they put protectors over their shoes every time they came into the house. It was obvious they took great pride in their work and I as a real estate agent I will confidently recommend them to my clients 10 times out of 10. 5 stars!

From the beginning to the end, the install was nothing but great. The communication from the office and the technicians were informative and answered all the questions.

They were very derail oriented over the phone to be able to diagnose the problem as best they can. Technicians were on time, very proficient, very courteous and fixed the problem. They also diagnosed another potential issue at a very good price, then had that fixed within 48 hours. Will definitely recommend

We would not hesitate to reach out to Shahood Plumbing again. Our kitchen faucet failed us on a Friday afternoon of an upcoming 3 day weekend. We called the office on Saturday and got the answering service. We did leave a message and we knew that the staff was not going to be in until Monday. We got a call on Monday, early morning and they put us on the schedule for the next day. Ryan came out. He was knowledgable and professional! The conclusion was made to replace the faucet (only 2 yrs old). Ryan gave us a choice of two. He headed out, brought back the two kinds. Installed the one we chose, tested it all, asked if we had any questions and was good to go. The only negative comment we have is that the repair/replacement was pricey. I am hopeful that this faucet will last longer than 2 years. By the way Shahood DID NOT put in the failed faucet in 2023.
