Malcolm and his crew has worked for us in two different homes over many years, and has been fair, prompt, efficient and honest. I would strongly recommend his crew!

We work with them on a regular basis. We love them. They're extremely dependable, they do a great job, they're lovely people and we've been very happy with them. For almost a year now we haven't had one complaint. They've been here when they said they would every single time, they're honest, hard-working, cooperative and I really can't say enough about them. They're wonderful.

They charge $30 per person per hour. For a while they were fine. Then I thought they were not doing a very detailed job. One time when I was home I discovered they were 3 women and they were gone in an hour so I was not happy with that. I called the company and he was very responsive. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with the company. He asked me for feedback. I definitely felt they paid more attention the next time. The inside of the fridge was clean. I felt it was more detailed so I would use them again.

My wife was home during the cleaning while I am in the hospital. She thought they did a great job.
The owner's wife even helped my wife put on laundered slipcovers after the cleaning. The adjustments made by Terramaids provided
for a much more acceptable look of the couches.
Con: No mention was made of a light bulb (1 of 6) that got broken in a chandlier over the kitchen table.

We've been using TerraMaids for bi-weekly house cleaning for a few months now and couldn't be more pleased. Edna and Malcolm, the owners, as well as their staff, are delightful people and serious professionals. The cost is reasonable, and the work is conscientiously performed. They have never been late, the cleaning has always been top-notch, and we have never been disappointed. They are also very kind towards our three yappy little dogs (who can be annoying in the extreme). And, an important point for me, they use environmentally-friendly cleaning products. I can't recommend them highly enough.

TerraMaids is by far the best home cleaning service we've ever used. This family-owned company has been outstanding since we started using them three years ago. They leave the house spotless and are always willing to do the little extra, i.e. change a light bulb or whatever when it is needed. Completely trustworthy and friendly and no language issues.

When Terramaids leave my house, it is clean, clean, clean! They are friendly, punctual, they ask questions and they do such a great job! I am so glad that I found Edna and Malcolm!

I have had many cleaners through the years. Companies and private people. I've never been as happy as I am now with Terra Maids!
For various reasons, after my last cleaner, I decided I only wanted to deal with companies, not with individuals. I got various estimates, and TerraMaids stood out even for the estimate. Just the way Edna walked around literally hunting for hidden dirt, gave me the sense that these guys don't cut corners. They gave me a very fair price, only slightly more than a private person, and I decided to try them out. I haven't looked back yet! It's been about 6 or 7 months now, of weekly cleanings. They're just really good. Not scared off by the kids toys or the breakfast mess we end up leaving on the table often as I rush to daycare/work (two tiny ones...), no cutting corners, great attention to details.
I should admit - I am not always the best person to judge, as I myself may sometimes not notice things. But... My sister is a cleaning fanatic and OCD about it, and has never managed to hire anyone because no one did a good enough job for her - SHE gave these guys the thumbs up, and if she didn't live 1000 miles away, said she would have hired them. My picky friend who went through 4 cleaners before them in 6 months, still uses them 6 months later. They're great!
I think they also give the best of both world - company and private people. Edna and Malcolm don't run their business from behind the desk, but are out there cleaning with their crews. They care, they're really good at what they do, and they're in it to stay, and it shows. I highly recommend them - and I should say, this is the first review I bothered to write on Angie's list!

Terramaids is a great company- very honest and professional.

Terramaids did a great job. I was very pleased. I worked with Edna and she was professional, prompt, thorough, and kept me updated on the job as she was going through the house. I would highly recommend Terramaids and I would like to hire them to clean the house on a bi-weekly basis, that is how good of a job they did. There was no dust to be found when they were finished.

They have been extremely professional and responsive in all our communications with them. They did a thorough job of cleaning the house, and made sure to understand any particular requests we had. Overall, our experience with them has been great!

We have been using TerraMaids for about 6 months now and have been very happy. They are prompt, communicate any issues immediately and are flexible to adjust schedule when needed. The quality of cleaning is very good... although we do not keep a pristine, "white-glove" home.

Malcolm, Edna and their employees are always courteous, cheerful and professional. It has been easy to work out schedules with them and I've found them to be responsible, punctual and completely trustworthy. Five stars!
