"There are certainly 2 sides to every story. We have been in business for over 50 years and have an impeccable reputation. Service is of the utmost importance to us. In the spring, there is a rush to get all of our customer's irrigation systems turned on. Our phones ring off the hook and we schedule weeks in advance. [member name removed]was scheduled and unfortunately, the technician assigned to do the work got very sick, not simply a stomach ache. We called that day to reschedule but Mr. Larson would not. Instead he insisted on speaking with the owner, Bill. [member name removed] was unrelenting and rude and would not accept our apology for the inconvenience nor would he accept multiple new dates for the service. He ultimately told Bill he would find another company. He was then told to do so if he could not accept our apology and find another reasonable date. Bill has over 50 years of experience in dealing with his customers. He does not take losing customers lightly and is not happy with this outcome. Suburban Lawn does its best to handle all customer requests courteously and efficiently. We did everything we could to make it up to the customer. [member name removed] was not willing to accept our effort. We are sure the system we installed for the past owner will run well for years to come and wish [member name removed] the best."
