THE AVAILABLE STAFF APPEARED TO HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF TREADMILLS AND WERE QUITE COURTEOUS. THE TREADMILL WAS DELIVERED AND HAS WORKED WELL (THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDES CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE ON ANY QUESTIONS). THOUGH NOT WHERE WE REALLY THOUGHT AT FIRST OF BUYING A TREADMILL, WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND PRICE!
