Description of Work: I went in to get an estimate and met with the owner on a Saturday. He was very nice and said he would be able to get me a quote by Monday afternoon. Tuesday I called to follow up as I had not received a quote yet. I spoke to the receptionist and she said it was delayed because they were waiting for part costs. A week later I called again to follow up and they made more excuses. I never received a quote. How do these guys stay in business?

Description of Work: I had a deep scratch on my car every place wanted to sand the whole door and repaint it witch meant blending into the door, This meant leaving the car for three days so there is three day of car rental on top of the $400 for the job. I didn't really think this was needed all I wanted to do was fill in the scratch because it was through the paint, Southboro Auto filled painted and buffed it out for $25 and 30 minutes of my time and it looks great and everbody I came in contact with was very nice

+ -1 morePaul was great from start to finish. The shop came recommended from a mechanic I use, and Paul was available to look at the car right away. When I was ready to have it fixed, he was able to accomodate my schedule and had it done on time (well, late a day but that's because they lost a workday due to the blizzard). The car looks great, and I'm very happy I went to them.
Description of Work: Removed a dent and 3 big scratches from my brand-new car that got hit at the mall.
