Shivaun was very responsive and professional. All services performed to expectation, and she even offered to bring in our lawn furniture as a tropical storm was forecast to hit us while we were away. Came home to happy cats. Would not hesitate to hire her again in the future.

Shivaun, is a real animal lover. She stayed at my house and took care of my two cats for a week. She kept them safe, fed, and groomed, played with them and kept them happy.
I returned to a neat house and two very happy cats.

I had never had anyone but friends take care of my pets. This was a huge step for me. Due to scheduling conflicts I hesitantly called Shivaun and she got right back to me. She asked questions and verified what I needed. She arranged for a time to come over, meet the cat, get the key and feeding instructions. While I was away she even sent me a photo of my cat and let me know how he was doing. She was great to work with, a true animal lover, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again.

Prompt response, Professional. Reliable. What more could you ask for? I will use Shivaun again to kitty sit for me. Ridley even left her a mouse toy in the food bowl as a thank you. ( He doesn't do this for me!!) Thanks so much!

Shivaun has been pet sitting for us the last 3 years. We use her most weekends in the summer and on weekly vacations. She has never canceled on us or failed to show up. We have never had a problem with her service including resetting the alarm and locking up.

Shivaun got back to us immediately after we had left a message inquiring about her services and availability, and showed up promptly for an appointment we made for her to come to our house while we were there so that we could show her what needed to be done and to pick up a key.
Shivaun is a pleasure to work with. She is responsive, capable and responsible, and her visit to our house while we were away went smoothly (with no alarm or other mishaps). She left us a nice note, and the plants looked great.

Shivaun is completely reliable and loves animals! She is the first and only pet sitter I have hired (outside of family) in more than a dozen years. I finally feel comfortable leaving my pets for a long weekend or even as long as week. I asked for Shivaun's contact info after I saw her walking our neighbor's extremely unruly dog - and she was walking the dog so well, I couldn't even tell it was the same dog! I appreciate that Shivaun came to meet us and the animals prior to starting, and is available and responsible. I highly recommend Shivaun for caring for your loved pets.

Shivaun was great.
We had to go out of town on short notice and we needed someone to take care of our two cats. She fed them, scooped the cat boxes and gave us an update on how they were doing. She even brought in our mail and newspapers. We'll definitely call her the next time we need to go out of town.
