After reasearching toilets online, the owner provided 2 Kohler toilets that met my request. Plumbers arrived on time, quietly replaced toilet in 30 minutes. Flat rate for installation of new and removal of old. Professional, courteous company.

JUNIOR AND JERRY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFRIENDLY, AND UNHELPFUL. JUNIOR SPENT HIS TIME ON THE PHONE WHILE JERRY TRIED TO DO THE WORK. THEY WERE VERY UNWILLING TO INSTALL THE NEW SINK. THEY REMOVED THE TOILET (I HAD TO PROVIDE BAGS TO PROTECT MY FLOORS) AND THE OLD SINK AND DID NOT RETURN UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T INSTALL THE NEW PEDESTAL SINK AND WERE GOING TO LEAVE WITHOUT RE-INSTALLING THE TOILET. I INSISTED THAT THEY FIX THE TOILET, WHICH JUNIOR CLAIMED WOULD TAKE 5 MINUTES. IT TOOK 30. JUNIOR ALSO LEFT A RESIDUE ON MY NEW FLOORS WHEN HE ENTERED MY CLOSED BEDROOM TO TAKE A PERSONAL CALL. JUNIOR AND JERRY OFFERED NO SOLUTIONS, ONLY PROBLEMS. I WOULD NEVER ALLOW THEM INTO MY HOME AGAIN.

THOROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL. ON A HOT DAY WHEN I WAS GOING TO HAVE GUESTS IN A FEW HOURS, I CALLED AT 8 A.M. FOR SERVICE ON THE REFRIGERATOR, AND THEY CAME WITHIN THE HOUR. A WONDERFUL TEAM.
