The local sales and repair shop where I purchased the car used (and claims expertise in Saab repairs) tried hard but failed at this repair 3 times; the first time attributing the problem to the battery and then to temp sensor, which they mistakenly replaced. Saab City diagnosed the problem in a hour and arranged for the repair a few days later. The repair took a few hours so they gave me a loaner car. Repair was done right the first time. Friendly, efficient, and professional service. They called my warranty company and received approval for the repair, and I got almost half of the cost back. Of course dealer servicing cost more, but this place was worth every penny. I'll go back when I have a problem.
