The workers don't really speak but Rubin himself speaks English really well and very responsive when I text or call him. He is just super responsive. He leaves the area great.

You should call Rubin if you want a really good job done. He only does really good work. For the quality level, the price is an unbelievable bargain. He shows up on time to do the work, he's usually early! I will continue to use him.
