 + -1 moreThere was work required to get the unit in a good condition to prepare for showings. Roz told me how best to update the unit, reviewing options that were useful and answering questions about options that would not increase the selling price. She also followed up to ensure all updates would meet the buyer's specifications. I was thrilled to be able to work with Roz not once but twice and highly recommend her services as a realtor for both sales and purchases.
Description of Work: I originally worked with Rosalyn (Roz) Drogin when I first purchased my condominium in Natick in 2007. She helped me find the perfect location and condo and I lived there for 4-1/2 years. I moved further north in Massachusetts to be closer to family and decided to wait to sell the condo. I signed her as the exclusive realtor in April and she was fantastic!!! A large number of potential buyers came to see the unit and she also ran an open house. She was great at not only providing solid comps and a price to place unit on the market as well as negotiating a strong selling price. The unit was sold today, closing this morning. All successful and she made this possible!!
