I typically avoid writing reviews. But once in a while, you experience a service that is so far beyond what you expected, or have come to expect, that you just have to thank the provider and support them publicly. Communication: Jose was unbelievably responsive and clear in his communication. His pricing was extremely fair, all the more so when you see the effort that Jose and his team put into getting the job done correctly. I was not present when the work was done, but my wife couldn't have been more impressed with their professionalism, their thoughtfulness, etc. Could not recommend them more highly.

Arrived on the date agreed. Always responded to phone calls. Finished the job on time. My jobs were "rush" and had a time requirement, so Jose and Right Track came with five painters to repaint 10 rooms in 4 days. Jose does not consider a job finished until he does a walk-through. He does not ask for the final payment until he is told the job meets the agreed on work. Hard to find contractors like this.

Not only was their quote thousands lower than the other quotes we received, but their quality and professionalism was outstanding. They painted the exterior of our house in less than a week. Jose was responsive, attentive, and extremely helpful with picking a color, booking us as soon as possible, and getting the job done right. His crew scraped down all of the wood that was old and worn; replaced sections of window sills and panels; power washed the exterior; painted the exterior with two coats; painted the trim; painted the railing; painted the shutters; replaced the majority of the screws in our shutters because they were rusty or odd sizes; replaced the exterior hood to our vent exhaust; and even cleaned our gutters. The crew was very friendly, polite, hard-working, and considerate. Our house looks great. We can't thank Jose and his team enough for giving us what looks like a brand-new house. 

They were great! They arrived on time, worked continuously, solved problems in real time, and left the work area clean. The painting was professionally done and I am very particular, having had a lot of painting experience myself. The workers were quiet, used good language, were courteous, and made every effort to leave the area in great shape during their work. 
They completed the job to my total satisfaction, something that is very important to these young professionals!
