Kathy Foran is an outstanding resource when selling or buying a home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the buying and selling process and returns calls and emails very quickly.
We spoke with three different agents before selecting Kathy to list our house. She is realistic about market conditions and is an expert when it comes to what's going on in the MetroWest real estate market. The photographer she uses is amazing and took beautiful photos of our home which made a huge impact in the level of interest we received.
Kathy did an open house the first weekend our house was on the market and we received 4 offers which was quite overwhelming and unexpected. Kathy did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of each buyer and we ultimately settled on an above-asking-price offer.
All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Kathy and I would very highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell in the MetreoWest area.

This is the second time in the past four years we have done business with Kathy Foran with outstanding results. The first time our home was sold in less than five days. More recently our home was sold in one month in a much more difficult real estate market.
