They billed me for an order that was never delivered, and it took them three months to correct it. Twice, they left two five-liter bottles downstairs (at 45 pounds each), for me to carry upstairs. They also came unexpectedly at 6 a.m. on a Saturday. They were unpleasant to deal with throughout, but the early Saturday delivery broke the camel's back. Even their delivery drivers have relayed to me that even they believe this company has the worst customer service in the world!

• On 02/05/15 no delivery was made.  Received recorded phone message 2:33 pm informing me that delivery had been rescheduled for Saturday 02/07/15 due to inclement weather in the Northeast.  
• Friday 02/06/15 at 6:10 pm
• recorded phone message received stating delivery was now scheduled for Sunday 02/08/15 due to weather. 
• No delivery on 2/7
• Saturday 02/07/15 at 7:03 pm
  Recorded phone message received  stating delivery was changed to Monday 02/09/15.  I attempted to call Poland Spring Direct to cancel my service all together only to find the office was closed.

No delivery 2/8
Unable to reach office on Sunday 2/8 because office was closed.  Went to website and sent email cancelling all future deliveries

Another recorded message received via phone again canceling todays delivery due to weather and delivery would be made on Tuesday 2/10.  Unable to speak with anyone since office was closed due to weather.  I had already cancelled today's delivery via website.
While I fully understand that weather has been a large issue over the past 2 weeks I think this is inexcusable.  I have received my mail daily and even one or two Amazon packages.  I am cancelling my account by mail and will attempt again in am to reach Poland Spring Direct office.   

We started using Poland Springs Direct after having horrible service from Belmont Springs. Poland Spring was a little more expensive but has proven to be worth it. They ALWAYS show up when scheduled and the delivery man is extremely nice. It is so easy to switch the delivery date or bottle quantities on their website. I highly recommend this company!!!

We use POLAND SPRINGS because they are the best. I am sure other firms many owned by NESTLE under other brands serve the Cape are equally as good. While our Town has a new 2000 water supply system several years ago a study was done on breast cancer incidence in the USA. The highest adjusted for age and population were alarming incidents of breast cancer for women living on Cape Cod. The Town waters on the Cape are not safe nor are the waters gathered from home wells. The reason is that the Cape's aquafiers are loaded with foreign substances We feel that bottled water for drinking is safer than Town and well water. The monthly expense is worth the extra cost for health purposes.

I have been using this provider since 2001. They provide the water cooler. They also have iced tea and many other things. I have had no problems with them. The overall experience is good. I will continue to use this provider.

They've been come home weekly. They have been coming home for a while.
