I sent a picture to Dan and he was amazingly responsive! Called me immediately, did more research and sent me an email within 24 hours telling me more about the problem. Turns out I didn't need any exterminating done -- he didn't need to come out but gave me lots of free advice. An amazing guy who is thorough and professional.

They did a great job. My company uses them, and we like how they are a local, family-owned business.
I have used them in the past at my home to handle a carpenter ant issue, and they did a great job.
This past weekend, we looked outside and noticed a wasp nest hanging from a tree. We called Pestex on Monday and they booked a time for Wednesday/Thursday. I came home from work yesterday (Wednesday) and the wasp nest was gone.
Very reliable, very affordable - I would highly recommend Pestex.

The president of the company called to discuss my problem before the exterminators arrived. He explained the likely point of entry for the pests, their life cycles, how they would get rid of them, and how to guard against future invasions. The exterminators themselves were on time, and also made sure that I understood how the pests likely entered the house and what the exterminators were doing. I was pregnant at the time and appreciated that the company uses environmentally safe approaches as a first line of defense, using chemicals only as a last resort. Both the president and the lead exterminator on the job spoke to me about my pregnancy and the extermination process.
