It went poorly. They could not give me an exact diagnosis, but rather said it was a problem with the power supply or motherboard and it wasn't worth fixing. This is not what I was looking for and my money was not well spent. I would try someone else in the future.

We described what was wrong and they gave us several option as to what we could do. They were very knowledgeable and in the end were able to retrieve all of the files.
