I am exceptionally disappointed in this company, to the point of being furious. They came every day and the tiling and painting came out well but several things happened along the way and especially in the end, it was a total mess. 1- A few weeks into the work, the owner came and told me that his workers were working too slowly and he had to pay them too much that had not been covered in the original bid -- more than what we had agreed upon, and he raised the price by $1,400. So what was agreed upon as $4,600K became 6K, and that is not including the electrician, plumber, vanity, mirrors, tiles, paint etc. 2- They always took me to buy parts at Home Depot, and despite the fact that I didn't like to shop there, that's what they recommended. They didn't help me with other vendors or give me info as to where to get supplies that were better quality. 3. They installed a shower door that they had me buy at Home Depot, It was poorly installed from the beginning, and they had to come back 3 times to fix it over several months, which was never successful. One of the times, the contractor dropped the door and it shattered. He did buy me the new door and installed it, (but didn't return my receipt to me) and it was still not properly installed and is wobbly and doesn't close. The glass is also cracking. I decided to go to a glass and door company to purchase and have installed a quality door. This is costing me $1,400. On top of everything that I paid them. As I wait for the new door, I am afraid to use the shower (and I only have one bathroom). I have been trying to get in touch with the company for a month. The last I heard from them, in January, they said they'd get back to me, that their worker was laid up. They ignore my texts, emails and even signed for a certified letter in which I requested they contact me within 48 hours, but they didn't respond. I have asked them for the money to reinstall a door. But they have gone missing.
