Please do not hire One Source - you will regret it. Everything they did, ultimately had to be redone - literally everything. A few notes about One Source before job specifics: 1. They will price out the job with the least quality materials. He's very upfront about this and I think it's a fine approach but it will mean that every time you want to change the plan, you will likely owe One Source more money. 2. He was very flexible about the start date. We were expecting when I first talked to Todd and hired him to do the work. He was very kind and waited until after my wife gave birth and we felt we could part with our bathroom. 3. One Source does very little work on their own - almost all of my job was sub-contracted to other firms. My job specifics: 1. When we initially met with Todd, he verbally told me that it would take his team 6 weeks to do the job. When he sent me the official contract, I didn't think to look at the time to complete the job - but on the contract he had doubled his verbal length to 12 weeks. It ultimately took 11 months to complete the job. 2. I routinely had to check in with One source about my job. Days, and sometimes weeks, would go by without anyone working in my home. When they did come, it was usually for just a few hours. 3. The craftsmanship of the work was abysmal. They knocked a hole in our bedroom wall and only fixed it because I demanded it be repaired. The paint job was terrible. I had to call Todd to get him to come out and look at the job (he and his other foreman will not be out at your home to oversee the work, trust me). When he came out to inspect, he said that is the way his home looked. His painter was standing next to him and said they could do much better. Ultimately, they repainted the whole bathroom, but only because I demanded they do it. They had to cut a hole in our bedroom floor to attach the drain to the existing piping. Afterwards, they did a miserable job repairing the floor. Once again, I had to call, demand it be fixed before they would do quality construction. A few weeks after they laid the floor in my bathroom, the tile began to crack from wall-to-wall in two places. They did replace the floor, but I had to organize a meeting between One Source and my tile supplier so that he could explain to them how to lay tile. Update: About a year after the project was finished, I finally got around to adding a washer and dryer to the closet that they built. When we plugged in the washer, the power did not work to the outlet, so now I have to have an electrician come out to fix their work.
