Norfolk Kitchen & Bath - Framingham

Norfolk Kitchen and Bath was the BEST choice for our kitchen project. It all started with the best design person, Kate Apablaza. Kate was so patient and understanding with us and made us feel so at ease throughout the whole process. Kates’s knowledge, guidance and ability to pivot, at every step, were definitely top notch. Tony Moutinho, our project manager was awesome. Tony was very attentive, organized, responsive, and thorough. All of the people Tony coordinated with, who came to work on our kitchen, were so nice, polite, prompt, and very professional. Sealing the deal in the BEST possible way were NKB’s own Bud and Shawn, the two carpenters that did absolutely AMAZING work on our kitchen. Those 2 guys are special! Usually, projects have bumps. We really didn’t have any. We still can’t believe that and we feel very lucky to have found NKB. Their one stop all in business model makes the customer experience benchmark. I chose the Framingham office of Norfolk Kitchen and Bath to do our kitchen reno that I had been dreaming of for 20+ years. As a project mgr. by trade, I understand the complexities of a project like this and how difficult it can be to manage so many moving parts. I wanted a company that could own the entire project from start to finish and NKB delivered! Katie, our designer, was creative, thoughtful, and patient in getting us to the 'starting line'. Jimmy, our Project Mgr, managed all of the moving parts while taking great care to react to the unexpected and keeping us on track with our timeline and budget; often going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our installers, Reza and Jamilton were meticulous in their attention to detail and showed great care to our home. Many others including electricians, plumbers, flooring, etc. helped bring the final project to life. Every single person showed the utmost in professionalism and were just really great people to be around. We are now settling in to our new kitchen and I couldn't be happier. NKB was the right choice and if I had to do it all over, I would 100% choose them again.
