I like the process quite a bit - very little liquid used, the process made much more sense than traditional methods and I would definitely have them come again.Also, the response time/scheduling was excellent!

They are excellent.  The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent.  They were done on time and started on time.  I will use them again for the bedrooms.

I called Nick's last week to replace a room of wall to wall carpet due to a stain. They asked questions about the carpet, it's age, etc. and said they thought they could clean it rather than replacing it. They were apologetic about the fact that although I just needed one room cleaned, they had to charge the minimum (I figured, if they can clean it rather than replace it, they are saving me money!). They came out the next day, on time,and cleaned the carpet - the cleaners looked to see what other carpets they could clean and did a second room and some spot cleaning in a couple of other rooms - again because they felt bad that there was the minimum charge. It looks as through they were right - the stain is gone in a much less costly way. They used a system called Host - a dry cleaning method and it worked great. I highly recommend them and would use again!

I had them to clean my rugs and they did a great job and was very pleased with the end results.

I asked that the rug be cleaned. I did not, but should have, asked how it would be cleaned. After the cleaning, when I picked up the rug, I also did not ask how it was cleaned. But, after looking around the workshop, there seemed to be only vacuums and carpet cleaner machines such as you would rent in a grocery store. My rug was NOT clean. In fact, it didn't look any different than when I took it in to be cleaned. Since the cost was not terribly high, I just took the rug home and didn't say anything. It is still not clean and I am now looking for another company to properly clean the rug.

I really do think this company does a decent job. They are not the most expensive company, but for the decent pricing you get, it is worth it to use them. I've always been happy with them. For the price they give you, they do a decent job, so I really can't knock them and I'd definitely use them again.
