The people he has working for him are excellent. Dr. Donovan is very thoughtful and calls you if he says he's going to call you. He's very down to earth, so anyone can understand him. He's also great with my husband, who isn't the easiest patient in the world.

On my 3rd visit he told me to schedule a procedure with his assistant and walked out of the room. He did not provide any explanation, tell me what was involved, or give me any guidance. I was scared so I just left and scheduled an appointment with another urologist, never to return.
