Description of Work: First a consultation several months earlier then, scheduled for a procedure in office. No complications. Dr Donovan and staff were very professional and friendly. Everything was explained well and the time was taken to fully educate me on the procedure as well as potential complications.

 + -1 moreThe people he has working for him are excellent. Dr. Donovan is very thoughtful and calls you if he says he's going to call you. He's very down to earth, so anyone can understand him. He's also great with my husband, who isn't the easiest patient in the world.
Description of Work: He's a great urologist.

 + -1 moreOn my 3rd visit he told me to schedule a procedure with his assistant and walked out of the room. He did not provide any explanation, tell me what was involved, or give me any guidance. I was scared so I just left and scheduled an appointment with another urologist, never to return.
Description of Work: Went to see this doctor for a problem with my kidneys. He was very abrupt, always in a hurry, barely communicated anything with me, and would tell me to do this or do that without providing any explanations. His "bed-side" manner left quite a bit to be desired.
