I've used them several times. It was good.

I know they're very honest because after they did that I had a concern about my brakes. They checked it out and said nothing needed to be replaced or anything it was just, my car sat while I was on vacation, so it started making a weird noise. I think rust built up or something. I drove it for a few days, and it went away on its own. They could have very easily ripped me off and said yeah they needed to do something that they didn't need to do. They were honest, nothing needed to be done.

First of all I think their Father was running the business and now it's his son. ?We also live fairly close to them in the same area, so it's also very convenient. ?They've just have always done great work and helped us out in several emergencies. A few times we bought second-hand cars and we had them inspected before we made the purchase. ?They also give good advice on how to maintain the car. ?It's just very good. ?We have no intent to go to anywhere else.

There's one company in?Framingham that we all use. ?We have been with Murphy's for probably about 30 years. ?They're very good. ?We have a lot of confidence in them. ?On punctuality at exactly the time they said it's going to be ready, it was ready.

The service went very well.  All the workers ore top notch.  I have been using them for  eleven years.  I would tell a friend that the pricing is competitive and they know what they  are doing.

Joe runs a professional shop and is very good at knowing what needs to be done to effectively keep an auto on the road. The HID headlamps on a Prius fail at a rate that has made them the subject of recalls for some models. It should be more. The official Toyota repair guide suggest you should actually remove the fender to replace the bulb. In this case, it was the HID controller that was the problem. I suspected that was the case because I had squeezed my fingers into the blind spot to carefully replace the HID bulb myself before deciding it was probably not the bulb. I had also had an engine code.
Not only did Joe's crew take care of all the problems, but because they wanted to help me get the inspection sticker and one of the tests needed some mileage to reset a reading, they took the car out for a brief drive to test their repairs and to see if the sensor would reset. It did and I got the inspection sticker (something you don't take for granted in Massachusetts with older cars).

Murphy's Automotive have been servicing the cars of my family for the past 30 years. We have been extremely pleased with their service. The quality of their work is outstanding. They communicate well with customers, have the car ready on schedule, and do the job right the first time. Prices are very reasonable.
