I recently had the pleasure of working with Tiago and his team for a comprehensive home improvement project, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the outstanding service they provided. From start to finish, Tiago and his crew demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional craftsmanship that exceeded all expectations. Tiago’s communication was seamless, and the open line of communication made the entire experience stress-free. The scope of the project was extensive, involving the repair and completion of a carport/deck, a substantial amount of masonry work, and various other tasks that required a high level of expertise. They entirely replaced a long front sidewalk with paving stones, installed masonry around the basement window wells, and rebuilt stone walls in the backyard, and installed a beautiful stone walkway for the backyard patio. Additionally, Tiago and his team tackled extensive repairs to my damaged exterior siding and painted the entire exterior of the house with a great attention to detail. It looks fabulous!! Interior work included re-wiring the living room and relocating the ceiling lights as well as some interior painting. One of the standout qualities of Tiago and his team was their ability to provide all these services at a reasonable and competitive price. Tiago and his very efficient and courteous team put in a tall fence, redid our patio, drainage and back steps. The work was excellent, on time, and well explained, with a careful budgeting. We are certainly hiring him again.

We needed a wooden fence repaired, window blinds installed, and exterior house trim and driveway walls painted. All the work was done on time, with high quality. Tiago and his team are professional and easy to work with! We appreciated his timely communication, too.

Tiago and his crew did a very fine job with a very difficult project at our house. We wanted to remove all the old popcorn from the ceiling and convert it to a more modern flat ceiling, and the current condition required it to be sanded off and skim coated. The result was excellent, and they worked diligently over two weeks to redo all the ceilings and paint all the interior walls. A few weeks after they were were done, when a bubble appeared in the bathroom ceiling (as moisture there was a problem), they came back on site to patch it up, demonstrating how they stand behind their work. We would highly recommend for interior painting work.

Tiago from M&S provided a reasonable quote and completed the work in a very timely and efficient manner. We were notified of when the work would be done and a small crew did the work in 2 partial consecutive days. I was surprised the room entry was sealed in plastic but it was to contain the odor from the radiator paint primer. We cleared small stuff and they moved and covered 3 heavy pieces. The room was cleaned and furniture put back in place when the painting was done. Two coats of paint covered the darker color on the textured walls. We are very happy with the brightened up room!

I was really impressed that Hiago uses brand new draping materials to cover all the furniture and has an interesting mesh technique to patch all the square open areas from old fashion telephone jacks that I removed. Tiago and his team were very professional. They started by powerwashing and as that was done noticed a few shingles that needed replacement. He did the additional carpentry work for a fair price. He also painted my front patio which was not included in the price. The job was completed in three days and my house looks great! I'm very happy with the job. My only thought is that the cleanup could have been a little better.

M&S painters was an excellent choice for our exterior painting needs ! Very personable and professional, great prices and great work ethic. They were clean and thoroughly and wanted everything to be perfect. They kept checking if we were happy. I think my 82 year old dad is going to miss having them around , they were so friendly.
