Pretty well, a little longer than I expected. They do the service at an offsite location so was missing a part (fell off in the truck) when delivered. They were very responsive and got it resolved that day.

It’s a local hardware store and they fixed it. They didn’t give me a quote or price, but they said they would let me know. They are local and I’ve used them before. I go and buy my hardware there and so I just know the people. I think they did it within a week and I got it back within a week. I only missed two lawn cuts so that wasn’t that bad. Even at a busy time, the turnaround time was quick. I think the snow blower will take a little longer because the guy got sick. I think they do good work and they do it quickly. I think the price is fair. It’s a local business and I go there.
