WE HIRED THE CONTRACTORS TO INSTALL RETAINING WALLS FOR PARKING, STAIRS, AND BRICK PATIO. PART OF THE RETAINING WALL AND A BIG MESS WERE CREATED. WE INITIALLY MET WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVE AND CAME TO AN AGREEMENT. WE FURNISED A 60% DOWN PAYMENT. THEY PLANS WERE DELAYED UNDER A STOP WORK ORDER, AS WE HAD TO ATTAIN ADDITIONAL PERMITS. IN THE CONSTRUCTION, MIDDLESEX PLACED A VERY LARGE PILE OF DIRT IN OUR NEIGHBORS YARD. WE PAID THEM TO HIRE A SUBCONTRACTOR TO REMOVE THIS EARTH. WE PAID $3500 FOR THIS WORK. WE WERE GIVEN PERMISSION TO CONTINUE TO REMOVE ALL OF THE DIRT FROM OUR NEIGHBORS YARD WITH THAT SUBCONTRACTOR. THEY HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING TO OUR CALLS AND PROVIDING REQUESTED INFORMATION. THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED US WITH THE NAME OF THE SUBCONTRACTOR -WEVE ALREADY PAID FOR THAT WORK.
