Rob started the job exactly when he said he would. He kept the disruption of my daily life to a minimum. He cleaned up after himself daily, communicated with me regularly, explained everything in detail, notified me that the cost would go up slightly on the job given an unforeseen need to re-level cabinets & place wall supports around the kitchen to support the new heavier stone countertop (the countertop people identified the need for greater support) and completed the job in a reasonable time period.
