Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Their prices were very reasonable. Their quality of work was outstanding. They are very busy in terms of responsiveness but we don’t like to document that because they do good enough work which is enough. We had another contractor that had left stuff unfinished in our house and we had already paid them more than half the cost. The other contractor had finished only 1/4th of the job and wouldn’t come back; we basically got burned. We were in the middle of nowhere and had people coming over and making us do a few adjustments. They knew we were stuck and it was winter time; we had to get the heat on. That’s when we called Mass Mechanical. They worked with us though they had a high schedule. The workers were perfect. Our overall experience with them has been good.
