Description of Work: TRIED TO REPAIR TV/VCR WITH NONFUNCTIONING VCR, OVER 9 MONTHS, NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS, GAVE MANY EXCUSES WHY HE DID NOT CONTACT ME WHEN I DID TALK TO HIM, RUDE ON THE PHONE, EVENTUALLY RETURNED MY TV UNFIXED WHEN ANGIES LIST INTERVENED. PAID A $25 EVALUATION FEE ONLY.
